Welcome to Dash of Panash ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Geographic Limitation (Continental United States Only)

Our services and products are currently available only to customers located within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with shipping addresses outside of this region.

3. Nature of Handmade Products

Please note that our items are homemade and handcrafted.

• Variations: Due to the nature of handmade goods, no two items are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, texture, size, and design may occur. These variations are not defects but rather part of the unique character of the product.
• Availability: Our products are often made in small batches or are one-of-a-kind. We cannot guarantee the availability of any product at any specific time.

4. Products and Services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payments through Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link as facilitated by our payment processor (Ecwid/Lightspeed).
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Since items are homemade, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and crafted before shipping.
• Carriers: We generally ship via USPS.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Dash of Panash, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
